Contact UsWhat should I do before my first appointment?
Before your first appointment, be sure to gather any insurance information, a list of current medications, and your dental and medical history if available. You should have received a link to access our new patient forms, or you are welcome to arrive extra early to your first visit and fill them out in our lobby. You can also make a list of any questions or concerns about your oral health so we can address them during your visit, as this helps us provide the most personalized care possible.
How long will my first appointment take?
Your first appointment typically lasts about an hour. This gives us time to complete a thorough exam, take digital X-rays if needed, and perform a professional cleaning. Our team will also review your oral health and discuss any findings with you. If more extensive treatment is needed, we’ll explain your options and create a personalized plan. We want you to leave your first visit feeling welcomed and informed!
How will I know what services my smile needs?
During your initial appointment, our team will carefully examine your teeth, gums, and bite, and may recommend X-rays for a complete picture of your oral health. Based on these findings, we’ll explain which treatments, if any, would benefit your smile. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and review your options. Our goal is to make sure you fully understand your oral health and feel confident about the care you receive.
My child is anxious about their first visit, what can I do?
It’s very common for children to feel nervous about a first dental visit. You can help by talking positively about the dentist, reading children’s books about dental visits, and explaining what to expect in a simple, reassuring way. Bringing along a favorite toy or comfort item can also help. Our team is experienced in caring for children and will use a gentle, friendly approach to make their time with us as stress-free as possible.
We look forward to welcoming you and helping you achieve a healthy, confident smile. Call our office today or schedule online to book your first appointment—we can’t wait to meet you!
